4 medium baking potatoes
1/2 cup milk
2 ears fresh sweet corn (to make 1 cup kernels)
4 tablespoons butter
Salt, freshly ground black pepper and cayenne |

prepare ~
Put water
and salt inside a saucepan, add the potatoes and boil them, partially
covered, for 15 to 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
When done, put them through a coarse strainer.
While the potatoes are cooking, heat the milk in a small saucepan,
add the corn, the butter and the seasonings and heat until butter
melts.
Add the potatoes and beat until fluffy. If the potatoes are too
stiff, add more milk.
