4 tablespoons of cooking
oil
1 chopped onion
2 cups canned corn
0.9921 pounds potatoes
2 cups low fat milk, hot
1 tablespoon flour dissolved in 2 tbps cold water
1 pinch salt, or more according to your taste |
~ How to
prepare ~
Put the
oil, the water, the corn, the potatoes and the onion in a saucepan.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes and the onions
are tender.
Put half of it inside a blender and blend until it becomes a
soft cream.
Add the milk and the flour, stirr and add it to what was left
in the pot.
Put salt and cook in low heat for a few minutes. Serve immediately.
You can sprinkle some grated parmezan cheese and chopped parsley
on top and serve with toasts with butter. Tastes really good.
