By purchasing
these images, you are purchasing a "license to use"
the graphics, not ownership over them. Graphics by Irene still
retains the copyright to all graphics. The images now available
for sale are intended for Personal Use ONLY. I will be
creating more printable art in the future and there will be some
for commercial use as well.
All prices are in US
dollars and payment is accepted through Paypal. All
purchases can be downloaded by the customer within
24-48 hours on business days after payment was received
(may be faster depending on the day of the week). Unfortunately
I do not offer an instant download yet (but I will do that in
the future). If your order is placed during a weekend,
please allow 24-28 hours counting from the following Monday
to receive and email with instructions to download. This is the
maximum amount of time you will wait to receive your order. We
always try to proceed all orders during the shortest time possible.
In case you do not receive an e-mail with instructions to download
the zip files after 48 hours (Monday to Friday), it is certainly
due to e-mail problems. In this case, please forward the receipt
to the e-mail address that appears on the Paypal receipt
and provide an alternate e-mail address for me to be able to
contact you.
Due to the
nature of these products, all sales are final, there are no refunds.

I will be creating more
printable cliparts in 2008, however I will not be able to work
on any updates in this site from September 1 to October 10. After
this period, I will dedicate my free time to drawing this kind
of art. I will try to create more themes and a few kits too before
the end of the year. Hope you enjoy what I have done so far. |

IMPORTANT: It is advisable
that you make a back-up copy of the files you purchase. In case
your computer crashes and you loose them, you can request it
again, but please, make sure to have the Paypal receipt(s) available
and send it along with your email when you request it. You will
be sent an email with the instructions for download. Requests
that are not accompanied by the receipt will be ignored. Please,
keep a printed copy, so you can scan it to send if needed. |
