Please,
read the information below before placing your order.
By purchasing
the collections, you are purchasing a "license to use"
the graphics, not ownership over them. Graphics by Irene still
retains the copyright to all graphics. These graphics may not
be resold, redistributed, modified in any way or used to create
other graphics with them.
Having a website is not
required to purchase these collections. Graphics can also be
used for personal and non-profit projects. To use
the graphics for handmade or printed items intended for sale
(not mass produced items), you can purchase the Crafter's
License. See the Terms of Use for Commercial Sites for further
details.
All prices are in US
dollars. If you pay through Paypal, you will receive a receipt
immediately after transaction completes. Irene values customer
satisfaction and works hard at providing
a friendly, fast and reliable customer service. All collections
can be downloaded by the customer within 24-48 hours
on business days after payment was received (may be
faster depending on the day of the week). If your order is placed
during a weekend, please allow 24-28 hours counting
from the following business day to receive and email
with instructions to download. That does not mean that orders
are only proceeded within this period, it is only the maximum
amount of time you will wait to receive your order. We always
try to proceed all orders during the shortest time possible.
In case you do not receive an e-mail with instructions to download
the collection after 48 hours, it is certainly due to e-mail
problems (when Irene is unable to use the internet, someone else
sends the graphics). Please contact Graphics by Irene and we
will contact you again. If you send payment during weekends,
it may be possible that you will only receive an e-mail from
us the next business day. Please, note that the emails with
the links to download the collections are sent to the email addresses
used in your Paypal accounts. All sales are final, there are no refunds.
Please,
remember that Graphics by Irene is located in Brazil and we may
have different time zones. If you send payment after 10pm in
Rio de Janeiro, it may be possible that Irene will only know
about it after 7am the next day.

you can request it again, but please, make sure to have the Paypal
receipt(s) available and send it along with your email when you
request it. You will be sent an email with the instructions for
download. If you sent payment through the mail, just send us
your information (name, email address and website url, if any). |
