Rio
das Ostras is a small village locate in the Rio de Janeiro state,
very close to Búzios and Macaé. Julio, Lully and
I use to spend holidays and vacations there every year.
The
pictures below were taken by me in Rio das Ostras, in February

This
is the Costazul beach, where people use to go for surfing.
The
whale statue on the right is located on a small square at Costazul
beach named "Praça da Baleia" (or Whale Square). |

is the Cemitério Beach, located near the rio das ostras
(oysters river), the river that gave the city its name. |
