Herbs and
their use
|
Herbs
can soothe pain, heal wounds and treat mental or physical imbalance.
They can be used in different ways for medicinal purposes (capsules,
oils, tea, dried, boiled etc).
Aromatherapy
is the use of pure essential oils (the highly concentrated extracts
from plants) through inhalation and the external application
of these oils in massage.
The
essential oils are organic and act in harmony with the body.
They act on the olfactory nerves which lead from the nose to
the brain, providing balance and psychological and physical well-being. |
