Please
note: This license if for those who create sites for other people
for profit. If you are creating a website for a friend and is
not charging for your services or if you are the webdesigner
of your own website ONLY, please skip this part and read the
information concerning the commercial websites registration instead
if the website you create is commercial, that is, if it is used
or is going to be used to sell or to advertise any kind of product
or service. |

Information for the Webdesigner -

I.
If you want to use my graphics to decorate the sites you create
to others in your webdesign businness, you have two options: |
|
1.
You MUST become one of my licensed webdesigners first. |
|
2.
You MUST pay for each site you create for your clients separately. |
|
About
option Nº1.
To
become one of my licensed webdesigners, you must pay a one-time
registration webdesign license fee of US$60.00 dollars. This
fee will give you rights to use my graphics in an unlimited number
of sites you create to others as well as to use them to decorate
your own webdesign site. If you purchase this license, there
is no need to pay for the commercial site registration if you
want to use the graphics to decorate your own webdesign site
as well. |

About
option nº2.
If
you prefer to pay for each site separately, you must pay a US$15.00
fee to decorate EACH website that you create using my graphics.
That is, everytime you create a new website, you will have to
pay a US$15.00 fee. If you choose this option, you will not be
able to use the graphics to decorate your own webdesign site.
This US$15.00 fee does NOT entitle you to use the graphics in
your own site, only in your client's site. |

Please,
note that this US$15.00 fee entitles you to decorate just ONE
site you create (the US$50.00 fee entitles you to decorate an
unlimited number of sites). To decorate another client's site,
you must pay a new US$15.00 fee, or you can become a licensed
webdesigner at any time by paying the US$60.00 fee.
I
am sorry but if you choose to pay for the webdesign license in
the future after you have already paid for one or more separate
sites, there will be no refunds or discounts.
Please,
read carefully the advantages of each option to see the one that
best suits your needs. Remember that there are NO refunds. No
exceptions, please. You can contact me as many times as you want
before making any payment.
II.
If you want to use my graphics ONLY to decorate your own webdesign
site, not your clients' sites, you must pay the U$40.00 fee to
register YOUR commercial site. You can read more about it in
the page concerning the commercial websites registration. |
Additional
information:
If
you are already one of my licensed Webdesigners, each different
COMMERCIAL site you create for your clients using my graphics
must be registered. (Your customer must pay the commercial fee
before you create the website for him/her).
That
is, if your client's website is Commercial, you must ask him/her
to pay me the US$40.00 registration fee pertaining the commercial
website registration before opening her/his commercial site to
the public. In case your customer's site is PERSONAL, the customer
does not have to register.
Once
your client has payed the license, he/she owns the rights to
use the graphics to decorate his/her website. This is to avoid
future problems in case your client wants to build his/her website
her/himself in future, or if he/she wants to hire the services
of another webdesigner.
Please,
note that if you are NOT one of my licensed Webdesigners, you
may NOT use my graphics to decorate the sites you create to other
people. The only current licensed webdesigners who can use my
graphics to create sites for others are: Nicole from Country

If
your name is NOT here, it means that you are not one of my licensed
webdesigners yet, so unfortunately you CANNOT use my graphics
to decorate your clients' sites unless you order my webdesign
license. If you want to do that, first you MUST agree to:

Respect my terms of use and make your clients aware of them.
- Provide me the URL of your webdesign site as well as the URLs
of EACH of your clients' sites in which you used my graphics. |

About Payments -
All
payments are made in US Dollars. I accept Paypal (credit cards),
money orders or cash. Customers outside Brazil who prefer to
register by mail may send payment to an address in the US, it
is not necessary to send it to Brazil. If you have any questions,
you can contact me for details about payment.
If
you want to pay with credit card, you must do that through Paypal
only.
In
case you violate the terms of use, I will first contact you about
it, but I reserve the rights to revoke your webdesign license
if you continue to violate any of my terms of use. I am sorry
but there will be no refunds.
Remember
that paying the webdesigner license registration does NOT give
you ownership over my graphics, only the rights to use them to
decorate websites.
By
ordering a webdesign licence you agree to ALL itens of the terms
of use.
In
case I find any violation of the rules, I will contact you about
it. If the problem persists, I reserve the rights to revoke any
licence (no fees will be refunded).

Information for the Webdesigner Customer -
|
If
you are using the service of a webdesigner, you must register
your commercial site by paying the registration fee for EACH
different commercial site that is created for you. Fees are U$40.00
for EACH commercial site created. |

only current licensed webdesigners who own the rights to use
my graphics to decorate the sites they create for others are:

are creating a PERSONAL site for you, registration is not necessary.
If
the webdesigner who is creating a site for you is not listed
above, my graphics cannot be used in your site unless you choose
the services of any of these webdesigners. |
