In this picture you can
see the Pont Adolphe, dating from (1900-1903) and the Cathédrale
Notre-Dame de Luxembourg on the right. |
This picture was taken from the Chemin
de la Corniche, a walk in the "remparts" (ramparts)
of the villeile-ville (old city). |
|
|
Also from the Chemin de La Corniche. |
Again from the chemin. Here you can see
part of the church St. Jean sur la Pierre, on the left of the
picture. |

A better

Here on the right you can see a part

And here, the ramparts behind me. |
Me again. This picture was also taken
from the ramparts. The weather was great that day, sunny and
very cold, just as I like it. |

Me and
my friend Olivier, whom I met on the Internet in 1998 and we
became very good friends. Olivier and his wife Valérie,
who live in Belgium, took me to many beautiful places during
my stay in Belgium. We spent a whole day in Luxembourg, which
was only about 30 km from the city where they live in Belgium.
Merci
de votre amitié, chers amis ! |
Me again.
This view is great and a walk in the Chemin d La Corniche is
really worth doing. Hope to do that again if I return to Luxembourg
one day. |
