My Wood Crafts
I love making all sorts of crafts, specially
painting on wood. Most of the things that decorate my kitchen,
bedroom and living room were painted by me. I use either latex
paint or acrylic paint to paint on wood and I finish the pieces
with gloss, varnish or wax, depending on the effect I want to
obtain. Below are a few pictures. |

The tray

for my mother when I was 5 years old. The one with the duck was
painted with flat latex paint and covered with gloss. |

This
wood house was first scratched with a brush with metal bristles,
and painted with flat white latex paint. Before the paint dried
completely, I removed the excess with a damp cloth to obtain
this effect.
