largest country in the world, occupying the entire north part
of the North American continent, with the exception of Alaska
on the west (one of the 50 states that form the United States).
Canada is bounded by the Pacific Ocean to the west, the Arctic
Ocean to the north and the Atlantic Ocean to the east. Ottawa
is its capital. |

north of Mexico is located in North America and borders the United
States, while the south is located in Central America, which
is considered by geographers as part of North America, and borders
Guatemala and Belize. It is bounded by the Pacific Ocean to the
west and the Gulf of Mexico to the east. Mexico City is its capital. |

Fourth
largest country in the world, comprising the Hawaii (an archipelago
in the Pacific Ocean) and the Alaska, located on the west of
Canada. It is bounded by Canada to the north and Mexico to the
south, by the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Atlantic Ocean
to the east. The former Thirteen Colonies of Britain became independent
in 1776 although the war for the independence, known as the American
Revolution, lasted until 1783. The capital is Washington (DC). |
